- take exit 10 off Highway 103
- turn left at the stop sign (towards Martins River)
- it looks like you are going to drive into a white church, not far after passing the church there is a small bridge, Silver Point Road is just before the bridge on the right
- the road follows the river and then makes a sharp right turn away from the water, the studio is located in the grey cape cod right where the road makes the sharp turn
